September 28, 2011 – Infiniti the luxury performance automotive brand from Japan, will join the 8th edition of Autostyle International Design Competition promoted by Berman, a worldwide leading components company. Autostyle celebrates the state of art of the auto industry on October 6th and 7th , in the evocative setting of the Polirone museum in San Benedetto.
Significant production and concept cars will be exhibited in the wonderful scenario of Matilde di Canossa Square and Infiniti’s “Grace and Strengthful” design theme will be demonstrated by the Infiniti M35h, recently included in the Guinness World Record as the fastest full-hybrid car in the world.
Officially on sale in Europe from last Sept. 6th, the Infiniti M35h represents a unique market proposition and a new sector benchmark in power and efficiency. M35h unleashes 364 PS (268 kW) from new-generation hybrid technology to take the brand’s Inspired Performance to the highest level yet, while CO2 emissions are just 162g/km. Infiniti’s fastest and cleanest model joins the M37 and M30d to make a three-way choice in Europe unmatched in the class by any other manufacturer to date.
Visitors of Autostyle wil also have the chance to discover – inside the Polirone Museum, where multimedia corners from attending manufacturers are in display – the project Digital Art Competition by Infiniti in cooperation with arts online media designboom, aimed at researching new talents worldwide in the area of the digital arts expressions. This is the very first competition of the kind and participating artists are called to create works around the values of the Infiniti brand.
